Chocolate-Cinnamon Breakfast Shake

Balance Complete2 scoops Balance Complete

2 drops Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil

1 banana

1 tablespoon organic cacao

½ cup plain yogurt

¼ cup almond milk

6 ice cubes


Mix all ingredients together and blend until smooth.
